Welcome to BetPari Partners! By participating in our Affiliate Program (the “Program”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). This Agreement governs your role as an Affiliate (the “Affiliate”) in the Program, and your participation will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth here, as well as any amendments or updates made by the Program from time to time.
Definitions
To ensure clarity, we define the following key terms:
“Client”: Refers to any customer of the Program.
“Offer”: A promotional offer created and distributed by the Program, whether on the Program Site, via email, or through both channels. It outlines the terms of an advertising offer on behalf of a Client and includes any additional conditions as determined by the Client and the Program.
“Program Site”: The official BetPari Partners website, which provides access to the Program’s services.
“Sub-Affiliate”: An independent third party that is contracted by the Affiliate to assist in promoting Offers under the Program.
Program Guidelines
BetPari Partners welcomes Affiliates to participate in the Program under the following guidelines:
- Access: Upon joining the Program, you will be provided with a unique username and password to access the Program Site.
- Eligibility: If you are an individual (not a business entity), you must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to enroll and participate in the Program. For individuals residing in or conducting business in regions where the age of majority exceeds 18 years, the Affiliate must be of the required age.
- Sub-Affiliates: Affiliates may contract Sub-Affiliates to distribute Offers, provided the following conditions. Written approval from a Program Representative is required before contracting any Sub-Affiliates. The Affiliate must promptly provide verifiable contact details for each Sub-Affiliate, including their name, address, and telephone number, upon request from the Program. Each Sub-Affiliate must agree to comply with this Agreement and all Program policies, which may be updated from time to time.
Compliance with Program Policies
By participating in the BetPari Partners Program, you agree to adhere to all policies and guidelines set forth by the Program, which may be updated periodically. Non-compliance with these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your Affiliate account.
Changes to the Agreement
BetPari Partners reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Agreement at any time, and such changes will be communicated to Affiliates as necessary. Continued participation in the Program after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
